Monthly Subscriptions
(PRO $5.99/mo, PRO+ $9.99/mo)
Full refund within 14 days of billing, no questions asked.
- This is your first refund request on this account
- Email us, we process it - simple as that
- Your account downgrades to FREE tier immediately
Annual Subscriptions
(PRO $49.99/year)
Full refund within 30 days of billing, no questions asked.
- This is your first refund request on this account
- After 30 days: No refund, but your access continues until the year ends
- You can still cancel anytime to prevent future renewal
After the Refund Window
Refund requests made after the 14-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) window are classified as Special Case Reviews.
- You may submit a request, but approval is not guaranteed
- Special Case Reviews are handled at our sole discretion
- We reserve the full right to decline or not review such requests
- If you believe you have exceptional circumstances, email us and explain your situation
One Refund Per Account
To keep things fair for everyone, we offer one refund per account lifetime.
If you've previously received a refund and later resubscribe, standard refund eligibility does not apply.
Cancellation (Different from Refund)
Don't want to continue but don't need a refund? Just cancel:
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Your PRO features remain active until your paid period ends
- You'll automatically downgrade to FREE - no charge, no action needed
Cancellation is always available, anytime, no questions asked.
What Happens After a Refund?

How to Request a Refund
Include:
- Your account email address
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
Processing time: 3-5 business days to reflect on your payment method
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as QuickBio evolves. Changes apply to new subscriptions only - the policy in effect at your time of purchase applies to that transaction.
Significant changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
Third-Party Services & Bundles
Some plans may include third-party services such as domain registration, custom email, or other integrations.
Third-party services are non-refundable - once purchased, we cannot reclaim costs from external providers. If you request a refund on a bundled purchase, the third-party portion will be deducted from your refund amount. You retain ownership of any domains or services registered to you.
