How do I create my first bio page?
Creating your first bio page is easy! Simply sign up for a QuickBio account, click "Create New Bio" from your dashboard, add your information and links, choose a theme, and publish. Your bio will be instantly available at your unique URL.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! Premium users can connect their own custom domains. Go to Settings > Domains, add your domain, and follow our DNS configuration guide. Custom domains help maintain your brand identity.
How do NFC cards work with QuickBio?
QuickBio NFC cards contain a chip that stores your bio page URL. When someone taps the card with their phone, it automatically opens your bio page - no app required! You can order NFC cards directly from your dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We never sell your personal information, and you have full control over your data privacy settings. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation charges.
